S-Series

Pioneer Steel buildings are perfect for uses such as auditoriums and lecture halls. This S-model is a 350-student capacity university lecture hall, complete with stage and washrooms. It is insulated, heated and air conditioned and was designed and erected by Pioneer's engineering division. This S-Model has Pioneer's NEW pre-assembled, insulated service door. The door is designed to line up with the end wall panel bolt holes, eliminating the need to cut the end wall panels, allowing for quick installation. This S-Series model is a lounge and bar with a custom glass front. Pioneer buildings offer some of the most comfortable environments due to such features as high heat reflectivity, low noise, and easy-to-control air temperature. This S-model has a steel front endwall with owner-designed glass windows and door entrance
This economical S-model was self erected in a residential area, with an attractive, customer-designed and installed end wall. This S-Series building has been fitted with custom doors and a mezzanine. These are just some of the possible customizations of your steel building. Our S-Series combines straight sidewalls with a curved, trussless roof design that maximizes 100% usable space inside, leaving enough room for maneuvrability, additional storage and repair/workshop area.

Whether it's our endwall or yours, it can be recessed as shown. The side panels can be raised or lowered. Custom ends on your Pioneer Steel building can include various sizes and types of doors and windows. Another way for your Pioneer Steel building to match its surroundings is to paint the exterior. This S-model was designed and erected by Pioneer's engineering division. If closeness to the sidewall is important, then this S-Series model with flexible height sidewall panels may be just the model for you. No matter which model you choose, it all starts with the foundation. Steel framed side door openings are available on all Pioneer models. Interior S model with customer installed end wall. This custom designed S model is used for a private helicopter hanger and general storage. The hydraulically operated outward lift doors are all steel framed enclosed with steel cladding with a built in walk door. The owner had the building and end wall panels painted Easy on the outside. Easier on the inside. This S Model is used as a combination workshop/office with upper loft lounge area. All Pioneer buildings feature clear span construction, which allows for maximum usable space. This S Model was erected on a raised concrete wall with owner designed front end wall set back 2 feet. Pioneer offers a wide range of end wall options — and our user friendly end wall adaptors — make it convenient to complete your project consistently and economically.
This custom S model is used for a private aircraft hanger. The economical wood bi fold hydraulically operated doors were designed and installed by the owner, and are to be finished with steel cladding. This S Model is used as an aircraft hanger. Pioneer's end wall options make it easy and affordable. Partitions can be added quite easily to all Pioneer models.

Econospan

This clear span Econospan interior offers 100% usable space with our no truss, beams or posts design. Builders constantly praise the easy-to-finish interior for electrical, heating and air conditioning ducts, plumbing, drywall, false ceilings and partitions. This Econospan model with 4:12 roof pitch and straight sides, is used as an office. The building was erected by the customer along with custom front and sides. Econospan buildings are the cornerstone of our business and Pioneer offers the widest model in the industry. Pioneer buildings are affordable, nature-friendly, easy to install, maintenance-free, and above all - long lasting. Pioneer building applications are limited only by your imagination - as either permanent or portable, the buildings are easily dismantled and relocated if required.

Alpine

This insulated Alpine model offers solid protection from the elements, lower cost storage solution for valuable vehicles and equipment and is easy to erect and maintenance free. Alpine buildings were introduced to the industry by Pioneer Steel, the leader in steel building innovation. This alpine model is insulated and used for a small manufacturing facility. The costs associated with constructing a Pioneer Steel building are lower than most people expect. Assembling a Pioneer Steel building is so easy that 75% of our customers do it themselves. Three-to-four people with rented or homemade scaffolding can erect a building in a matter of a few days. No expensive equipment or cranes needed

Arch Style

Low side-wall clearance is not an issue with a Pioneer Steel building. All of our buildings offer great clearance and some, like our S-Series, offer the best in the industry. This arch style building is a retail grocery store with a recessed customer-designed and installed front. Due to its considerable strength, this grain storage model can store more grain at a lower cost per bushel than a grain bin. It's also ideal for other types of bulk storage. With the widest range of sizes, we offer more Archstyle models than anyone else in the industry. Pioneer buildings are ideal for a wide range of agricultural uses, of which stalls for horses is just one example.
Arenas and gyms are examples of some of the uses to which our customers have put Pioneer buildings. This archstyle building is our strongest, most versatile and economical model, allowing you to get the largest building for the best price, whether it be for personal storage, industrial/commercial applications or agricultural use. Without the space-robbing posts and trusses, Pioneer buildings offer a better alternative to other types of buildings. This arch style model is a 3-bedroom home and was erected on top of a concrete wall. Another matching arch model was connected to the side at grade level and is used as a garage. The view is of the rear of the home.
Easy sliding doors in various sizes with 14-gauge frame and 22-gauge door panels are just one example of the accessories you can add to your Pioneer Steel building. Door light panels in various colors can be added for additional light. This arch style model is used for a retail business. The owner had the front designed by an architect. Mini

Need a smaller storage option, or a backyard workshop? This photo should give you an idea of just how much you can really fit in a Pioneer Mini steel building. Our Mini buildings are deceptively named -- there is nothing small about the space you get inside a Mini steel building. A very secure, durable and easy-to-erect building that can be permanent or portable and can be easily transported to remote locations.
